3. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked through our website, phone, or email. When booking, you agree to:

  • Update any changes to your contact details promptly
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to your premises
  • Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or hazardous items
  • Be present during scheduled service times or arrange appropriate access

Service Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Sunday appointments may be available by special arrangement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers
  • Invoices are provided electronically and must be paid within 7 business days
  • Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension
  • Recurring services require automatic payment setup or advance payment
  • All prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice

Deposits: For large or specialized services, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation: 24 hours or more before scheduled service
  • Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours notice incurs 50% charge
  • No-Show: Failure to provide access on scheduled day incurs full service fee
  • Rescheduling: Free up to 24 hours before service
  • Weather Cancellations: May be rescheduled at no charge

6. Service Limitations and Exclusions

Our cleaning services do not include:

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances

  • Clutter removal or organization (beyond basic tidying)
  • Exterior window cleaning (above ground floor)

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if requested services fall outside our scope of expertise.
